Packaging License Assistance

1) Aadhaar Card (Mobile number must be linked to the Aadhaar card).

2) PAN Card.

3) Bank Passbook / Cancelled Cheque.

4) Passport Size Photograph.

5) Specimen Signature (A clear photo of your signature on a blank white paper).

6) Business Licenses (It is mandatory to provide both):

    a) Shop Act License

    b) Udyam Aadhaar (MSME Registration)

7) Handwritten Details (A photo of a paper with the following details):

    a) Your full name and detailed residential address.

    b) Business name and detailed business address.

8) Company/Firm Pan card (in case of Partnership Firm & Company)
